Compass Pathways (COMP360) has already published Phase 3 data (2025) and may release follow-up analyses. Enrollment and safety updates are mandatory for breakthrough-designated trials and typically surface via ClinicalTrials.gov, press releases, or peer-reviewed publications. Six-month window makes at least one such disclosure highly probable. However, 'published' must mean a formal public document—not an internal update—to resolve YES.
